With over 15 years of teaching experience in higher education (including The Ohio State University and Otterbein University), my role involves empowering students with knowledge in sociology, fostering critical thinking, and advocating for environmental justice. My instructional design skills have enabled me to effectively communicate complex concepts and engage with a diverse range of students in both traditional and online settings.
I am committed to social change and education's transformative power. Through courses like Sociology of Poverty and Environmental Justice, we have examined societal structures and the impact of policy on marginalized communities. My experience in artificial intelligence (AI) also contributes to advancing educational methodologies, enhancing the learning experience for our students in an increasingly digital world.
