OSU Resources:
o   Call 614-292-5766 to schedule a consultation (in an after-hours crisis, select option 2)
o   Individual consultations often have a waitlist. There are support groups and workshops that can be accessed on a drop-in basis (see website).
o   Students may get appointments with mental health professionals through the student health insurance program.
§  If you are unsure of what is covered by the Student Health Insurance, please see page 11 of the 2019-2020 Student Health Insurance Booklet below.
o   Students on a parent’s or spouse’s insurance plan will need to check those plans for referral policies.
o   Department of Psychology’s practice staffed by advanced students in OSU’s Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program. Services are free for adults in central Ohio and include: Addiction Recovery Clinic, Behavioral Medicine Clinic, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Clinic.

Dennis Learning Center (offers support for text anxiety and related challenges):  
o   Call 614-688-4011 with questions and/or to schedule an appointment..
o   Programs and services include Financial and Nutrition Education, Relationship Education and Violence Prevention, Wellness Coaching, and much more.
o   Offers hundreds of workshops on heritage and awareness, student leadership, prejudice-reduction trainings, etc.
o   Programming specific for Graduate and Professional students. They recognize that our students are adults looking for personal enrichment, professional growth Graduate School (links to other useful resources)
 
Graduate students on appointment as a GTA, GRA, or GAA are also eligible to use the Employee Assistance Program.
