- Dr. Paul Bellair was interviewed by 10TV regarding community funding for anti-violence funds from American Rescue Plan.
- Dr. Chris Knoester had his research on sexuality and sports-related mistreatment discussed in a Conversation article on the significance of Carl Nassib recently coming out as an active NFL football player who is gay-- a first. The article has subsequently appeared in numerous outlets around the world.
- OSU Research News highlighted new cross-national parental leave attitudes research, published in International Journal of Comparative Sociology, by Dr. Chris Knoester, OSU Soc grad student Amelia Li, and OSU PhD graduate Dr. Richard Petts. The write-up also integrates findings from the authors' other three studies on cross-national and U.S. attitudes about paid parental leave for new parents.
