Please join us as we welcome author Brian Alexander to discuss his book, The Hospital: Life, Death, and Dollars in a Small American Town. This discussion will focus on the social and economic forces shaping poor health in both Ohio and the nation, with particular attention to the role of the US healthcare system.
The presentation format is TBD, the author will speak for roughly 30-45 minutes and host a Q&A afterwards. This event is free and open to the public.

Brian was born and raised in Lancaster, OH and has been a writer and journalist since his mid 20's. Brian is the author of multiple books including The Hospital, America Unzipped, and Glass House which won both the Ohioana Library Award and the Books By The Banks Festival awards for best non-fiction.
