For Sociology and Criminology Transfer Course Evaluation:
 

1. Locate course materials to be evaluated including syllabi (preferred) or course descriptions.
2. Complete the Sociology Transfer Credit Evaluation form.

3. Students may submit their course materials and the transfer credit evaluation form to Undergraduate Student Services in 141 Townshend Hall or email them directly to Susan
   Van Pelt at vanpelt.2@osu.edu  You will be notified via email with the results of your transfer credit evaluation.
