Form/Huber Colloquium Series - Dr. Elizabeth Cooksey's Special Session
Note early time. Special session on using the National Longitudinal Survey of YouthElizabeth Cooksey, Professor of Sociology & Assoc. Dir. of Center for Human Resource Research (CHRR)Dr. Rosella Gardecki, Research Specialist and Asst. Dir. of CHRRThe two hour presentation will provide an introduction and overview of the various NLS Cohorts and include information that should prove useful for both seasoned and new users. We will provide updates of questionnaire design decisions, give examples of recent research undertaken using NLS data, and demonstrate how to navigate "investigator" to search for variables and create data sets in SAS, SPSS and STATA.
